Justice Planning and Management Associates is a management consulting
and training firm that focuses on the public safety sector.

Over the past decade, JPMA has established itself as the nation’s
leading provider of grant training and information services to criminal
justice and public safety professionals. Over 5000 grant writers
have attended JPMA’s basic workshop and thousands more have
subscribed to its newsletter service. JPMA currently operates the
Public Safety Grant Support Center, an internet-based grant information
service that offers a comprehensive database of grant related web-links
and publications, weekly e-mail notifications of new funding opportunities,
and a traditional newsletter that recaps grant developments on a
monthly basis.

Most recently, JPMA has embarked on a deliberate path to understand
and employ the latest web-based technology for the delivery of e-learning
on a wide scale basis. In the process, JPMA has created several
innovative internet-based applications including a public safety
education system for citizens linked to nearly 100 police department
websites, a training program for both retail and on-premise alcohol
servers, and a basic training program for security officers. JPMA’s
technical expertise is currently being extended to deploy national
and state specific public safety training systems that are Internet-based
and highly interactive.
