Description
This class is an opportunity to learn more about how to prevent fires and when necessary how to use a fire extinguisher to control their spreading.
Upon completion of this class, the learner will be able to:
- Apply the basics of fire chemistry.
- Identify the various types of fire extinguishers.
- Decide whether or not to attempt to put out a fire.
- List the steps to use a fire extinguisher properly.
- Identify simple activities that will prevent fires.
