Description
This class will familiarize you with the degree of homelessness in Maine and help you to understand the cause of victimization of people who are homeless.
Upon successful completion of this class, the officer will be able to:
- Define homelessness.
- Identify the structural, personal and other factors that cause homelessness.
- Identify the indignities suffered by homeless persons.
- Identify the type of offenders that victimize homeless persons.
